e2Taxi is currently operating in Bloomington, Indiana. The company beganservice on January 23, 2012 with a small fleet of taxi cabs. After the successful deployment of The Taxi for the 21st Century model in Bloomington, IN, e2Taxi plans to replicate its services in other small to medium-sized cities throughout the United States.

Mr. McLary is nationally acclaimed in the transportation industry as an innovator in mobility planning, training, and operations. He has 35 years experience in all aspects of the transportation industry, from public transportation to private and from operations to training and consulting. He has also been on the Board of Directors for the Taxicab, Limousine, and Paratransit Association for over 15 years. Mr. McLary was Transit Administrator for Madison, WI, from 1970 to 1978. He has owned and operated a private paratransit business and has consulted extensively in small urban areas. |

Ms. McLary has been a project manager in the information technology industry for the last 25 years, and is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP). Her experience has had a heavy emphasis on budgeting, scheduling, and day to day project operations. |

Mr. Dwayne Cole is e2Taxi's operations manager in Bloomington. Mr. Cole has worked with Mr. McLary since November 2011. He is responsible for the daily operations, scheduling of vehicles, and supervision of dispatchers. He is also responsible for training and vehicle maintenance. |
The corporate officers are responsible for operations start-up, marketing, driver training, bookkeeping and initial day-to-day operations. Their combined knowledge will position the company to meet the under-served transportation needs of small to medium-sized communities. An Advisory Board provides consultation and advice to the management team.
